CONSIDERATION:

Complex hears criticism about past year events, and sets to improve by announcing a theme; Origins or Origin Story. Highlighting the beginning of a brand’s or designer’s journey to success.

DECISION:

Once the costumer is sold on the theme, they’ll be sent a physical ticket in addition to a digital option. The physical ticket is to be used as a memorabilia token.

SERVICE:

Deliverables that customers can reach out and purchase or engage with during performances.

RETENTION:

Offer hot air balloon rides to customers before they leave the event. An element that a customer engages with can create memories that will never forget!
